Sales / Business Development:
- Discover your market and its specificities
- Exploit the database and prospect for new clients
- Meet your clients and then build loyalty
- Understand client needs to best respond to them
Recruitment:
- Search for candidates
- Conduct interviews and coach profiles
- Defend applications to your clients
- Participate in final negotiations
