We offer services to easily secure accommodation in the Republic of Ireland.
The rental market is particularly difficult in Ireland, in the capital Dublin of course, but also in the rest of the country, regardless of the “County”. The number of available properties is low throughout the year. It is therefore important to plan ahead and contact us as early as possible before your departure date.
We operate throughout the Republic of Ireland and are constantly looking for new partners to offer more housing options to our clients.
We can undertake accommodation searches for both short and long term.

House Share / Host Family Accommodation Service: €390
We will search for a House Share or Host Family accommodation in Ireland for you, for your desired duration.
This type of accommodation is very common in the Republic of Ireland and can be the perfect solution for students and/or for short-term rentals.

Student Residence Accommodation Service: €450
For students, we can search for and book student residence accommodation in all major cities in Ireland if you are going to study in the country.
Student residences are of very high quality in Ireland. However, rent is generally quite high and the number of residences is too low compared to the number of local students or those coming to study in the country. It is therefore strongly recommended to plan well in advance
Depending on the residences, you will have a studio or a room.

Studio / Apartment / House Service: Fee of 70% of the monthly rent amount
If you are moving to Ireland for professional reasons (transfer, assignment, etc.), to expatriate to this country, or if you are a student and want your own accommodation (alone or with one or more friends), we offer a fully personalised service to find you a studio, an apartment, or a house, whether in Dublin or the rest of Ireland as we operate nationwide.
Whether you are single, a couple, friends, or a group of students, we take care of all the searches until you obtain the desired type of accommodation, taking your budget into account.
This service is also suitable if you are looking for short-term accommodation (6 months or less).
