Finding accommodation abroad is very often a real headache. Yet it is an essential element and determines the success or failure of moving abroad. Accommodation is also one of the conditions for obtaining a Visa. Many projects fall through or are cut short for lack of accommodation or out of fear of not finding any.

The lack of housing is a problem that affects most major cities around the world and is growing in many of them. Smaller cities are also affected by the same issues. But this is not the only problem that arises: substandard housing, scams, and excessive rent are issues frequently encountered.

Furthermore, real estate markets, even in Europe, are not harmonised, have their own rules, and operate very differently from one country to another.
