Here is the homestay room that we are offering you: Coolaney, F56, Sligo County

• Double bedroom (double bed) in a lovely traditional house. It is fully furnished with storage units, a bedside table and a bedside lamp. Pleasant, with a view of the garden.

• You will have your own private bathroom with toilet and shower, high-speed internet connection and oil-fired central heating.

• For the rest, you will share the house and other rooms with the owner, a working man in his fifties. He has been hosting students for many years.

• The property has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is located in a very beautiful, picturesque area of County Sligo, 13km from Sligo town, in the village of Coolaney.

• There are several shops in the village: local grocery store, a supermarket, restaurant,…. .

• The property is just a 2-minute walk from the Local Link bus service, which runs 9 trips a day. You will be in Sligo in about 40 minutes (or less depending on traffic and the time of day).

• All utility bills are included in the monthly rent.
