The house was completely refurbished less than a year ago by the new owner. Very comfortable and of a high standard. Nice double bedroom with large wardrobe, bedside table and bedside lamp, comfortable double bed. You will share the bathroom with only one other person. Wooden flooring. There is a separate living room and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite directly in one of the bedrooms + 2 toilets in total. There are 4 people in this shared accommodation, including the owner, who is not always present in the property, however. Location: Close to the M7, the hospital and the train station, less than 2 km from Portlaoise town centre. There is a bus stop about 200 metres away. Shared utility bills extra: €20/month for rubbish collection and internet, €75/month maximum for electricity, gas and water. Security deposit of €500 for short-term stays.
