The Forest Hill and Dulwich areas are nearby and easily accessible. – Those in Wimbledon, Greenwich and Lewisham are further away but accessible by bus. West Norwood train station is only a 4-minute walk away. There is a single guest bedroom in the house. – Large double bedroom (double bed) fully furnished including: desk, fitted wardrobe, storage unit, TV, mirror, etc. Bright and very pleasant. Wooden flooring. – Sharing of the equipped kitchen, large living room and bathroom (with bathtub) + additional toilet with the family. Use of the kitchen must be time-limited (do not monopolise the kitchen). There is also a nice landscaped garden behind the house. – The family consists of a 59-year-old woman who works in the social sector. There is therefore 1 permanent resident in this house and no pets. In her free time, she enjoys going to the theatre, going to the gym, swimming and watching athletics. – Residential area located in Zone 3, about 50 minutes from the centre (bus + underground or train). Nearby shops, located on the main street of the area, close to the train station. – All bills are included (including internet) in the rent. Limited deposit or NO deposit depending on the rental duration. – Pleasant, well-maintained typical English house with separate living room and spacious rooms. Comfortable and cosy. – The Family consists of a woman aged 59 years who works in the social sector. There are therefore 1 permanent resident in this house and no pets. In her free time, she enjoys going to the theatre, going to the gym, swimming and watching athletics.

 

– Residential area located in Zone 3, around 50 mins from the centre (bus + underground or train). Shops close by, located on the main street of the area, close to the train station.

 

– All bills are included (including internet) in the rent. Limited deposit or NO deposit depending on the rental duration.
