The family consists of a 46-year-old woman who works in healthcare. She lives in the house with her two children, aged 25 (young woman) and 16 (teenage boy). There are therefore 3 permanent residents in this house and no pets. Rather residential neighbourhood located in Zone 3, more than 40 minutes from the centre (Bus + tube or train). Nearby shops and shopping centre in the Lewisham area. All bills are included (including Internet) in the rent. Limited deposit or NO deposit depending on the length of stay. Typical English house, quite modern, pleasant, well-maintained, with separate living room and spacious rooms. Comfortable and cosy. Garden at the back of the house. It is located in a quiet street.
