Guests will be asked not to monopolise the use of the kitchen so that every family member can use it. – The homeowners are a couple (the woman is 46, the man 56) who work as a Team Leader and Manager respectively. Their two daughters aged 19 and 22 live in the house. There are therefore 4 permanent residents in the house. – Fairly residential and pleasant area located in Zone 3, about 30 minutes from the centre (Central Line). Shops close to the accommodation. The house is in a quiet, residential street. – All utility bills are included in the rent. Limited deposit or NO deposit depending on the length of stay. – Typical English house, well-appointed, comfortable and cosy.
